  This place should be shut down! I brought my dog in on Monday she stayed there intill Wednesday she had Lyme disease and something wrong with her liver. They seemed amazing at first very caring and all positive. We picked up my dog yesterday and TODAY WE HAD TO CREMATE HER ! Enough said. I do NOT recommend this place! What me and my family just had to go through is sickening besides all the money we spent. When I called to tell them they said they would call me back and yet they still have not and that was 730am it is currently 12 now. My 15 year old brother had to carry the dog to the car and we took the dog to the cematary! Thanks for nothing

  Most of the staff is terrific (especially Stacy), groomers do a wonderful job and the vet is amazing. My only issue is that when I pick my dog up from doggie day care he's always extremely thirsty as if he didn't have access to water yet also has to pee so bad I have to walk him in the parking lot before I can put him in the car. It's as if he hasn't been allowed to go all day (he will only pee/poop outside) then when I get home, a short 5 min trip he still has to go again. We asked the staff to make sure he gets plenty of water and is allowed outside but this still keeps happening every time we put him in for day care. It's disappointing considering the amount of money we have spent on their services, I shouldn't have to worry that my dog is getting enough water and time outside to relieve himself while at day care or have to ask them to make sure that they do these things only to get the same results even after they assure me they will. It's because of this we try to limit the amount of time we leave him there. I highly recommend the vet and groomers but they need to improve the day care treatment.
